For the last 6 months I’ve been doing something very out of character… voluntarily running. In the cold. In the rain. Mostly in the dark.

Why? Because I’m taking on 4 x 10km races across South Wales to raise money for an amazing local charity — Hope GB.
Hope GB supports children and families living with autism. If you have a child with autism, have been diagnosed yourself, or even suspect someone in your family might be on that journey, you’ll know how valuable the right support can be. They’ve been there for me and my family, and what they do genuinely makes a difference.
They’re not a huge national charity with massive funding — they’re a local organisation doing incredible work for people who really need it.
So if you’ve ever thought “I’d love to help but don’t know how” — this is your chance.
Every donation helps, no matter how small. And trust me… if I’m willing to run hundreds of kilometres for this, it must be worth supporting.
Photo evidence of my struggles
If you can spare a few pounds, I’d really appreciate it.
